We are a Medicare-certified provider accepting Medicare Part B and all Medicare Advantage plans, including WellMed. Most outpatient physical therapy services are covered, subject to your deductible and coinsurance.
Medicaid & Medicaid Managed Care Organizations
We accept Texas Medicaid and all Medicaid Managed Care Organizations. Our team will verify your specific plan coverage before scheduling your first appointment.
VA Vouchers
We proudly serve veterans through VA Community Care vouchers. If you have a VA referral or authorization, we will work directly with the VA on your behalf.
Workers' Compensation
Injured on the job? We work with Texas Workers' Compensation carriers and will coordinate directly with your employer's insurance to get you back to work safely.
Attorney Letter of Protection
If you were injured in an accident and are working with an attorney, we accept Letters of Protection so you can begin treatment now and settle billing after your case resolves.
